Paula attended Frostburg State University and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. She then attended the University of Maryland School of Law and graduated in 1998 with a Juris Doctorate Degree.
She was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Pamela L. North (Ret.), Judge, of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland from 1998 to 2000 and for the Honorable Nancy Davis-Loomis (Ret.), Judge, also of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, from 2000 to 2001.
Paula long career of practicing exclusively Family Law began in 2001, when she was hired as an associate attorney for the Law Office of Billman, Trainor, Bennett, and Milko, LLC. She worked for this Annapolis based firm until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, she continued her work as a Family Law Attorney, working as an associate for Paula J. Peters, P.A.
